1. Your Compliance to Web Hit Laboratory
· This is an agreement between (“You” & “Your”) and Web Hit Laboratory aka WHL. Your use of WHL products, services and web sites (referred to collectively as the “Services” in this document) is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and WHL. WHL is a Indian Company, Head Office at 6, Ishwar Colony, Bhamashah Road, Delhi-110009.
· Unless otherwise agreed in writing with WHL, your agreement with WHL will always include, at a minimum, the terms and conditions set out in this document. These are referred to below as the “Universal Terms”.
· Your agreement with WHL will also include the terms of any Legal Notices applicable to the Services, in addition to the Universal Terms. All of these are referred to below as the “Additional Terms”. Where Additional Terms apply to a Service, these will be accessible for you to read either within, or through your use of, that Service.
· The Universal Terms, together with the Additional Terms, form a legally binding agreement between you and WHL in relation to your use of the Services. It is important that you take the time to read them carefully. Collectively, this legal agreement is referred to below as the “Terms”.
· If there is any contradiction between what the Additional Terms say and what the Universal Terms say, then the Additional Terms shall take precedence in relation to that Service.
2. Changes
· Website reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, effective upon posting of the modified Agreement to this URL: http://www.webhitlab.com/india/index.php/terms-a-conditions. You are responsible to read this document from time to time to ensure that your use of the Service remains in compliance with this Agreement.
3. Language of Terms:
· All the terms are in English. You are advised to use Language translator to read the terms. WHL does not guarantee any change in terms during wrong translation.
4. Use of Services:
· Prices of all the services are specified on http://www.webhitlab.com. WHL does not have any intermediate service provider.
· The website development plans are Lite, Standard and Max. All the Terms regarding the services through these plans are specified in WHL Proposal on http://www.webhitlab.com/India/index.php/proposal.
· You can opt for custom plan also. All the terms regarding Custom plan will be subjected to WHL Proposal terms plus/minus custom terms(additional terms) specified thereby.
· In case of Money Back Guarantee for SEO in Max plan, half of the money for SEO only will not be taken in advance. This money will be taken only after the work is completed.
· All WHL Proposals for web development and other services are stand for 1year warranty, further which will be renewed next year at the price decided at the time of deal signed(If you are not willing to renew your WHL account then your domain name renewability will be done as per cost incurred.)
· All other services provided by WHL projects like www.ibhiwani.com will be considered as additional terms and can be viewed at http://www.ibhiwani.com/city/index.php/terms-a-conditions.
5. Disclaimer:
· WHL develop website and other services for research and business projects powered by WHL itself. Also, WHL develop websites and provide other services to clients.
· WHL does not guarantee for information displayed, data added on website due to wrong information provided by you, by virus, errors, final outcome not clear to you beforehand or some misunderstanding between you and WHL. In all such cases the problem will be solved and error will be rectified as soon as possible.
· WHL take no responsibility for any such information, including its authenticity, currency, content, quality, copyright compliance or legality, or any resulting loss or damage. Further, we are not liable for any kind of damages, losses or action arising directly or indirectly, due to access and/or use of the content over the internet or any of them including but not limited to content based decisions resulting in loss of data, revenue, profits, property, infection by viruses etc.
· WHL reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without any obligation, to make improvements to, or correct any error or omissions in, any portion of the service provided to you or on any site copyrighted to WHL.
· Where appropriate, WHL will endeavor to update information listed on the Website on a timely basis, but shall not be liable for any inaccuracies.
· In any case, in the service time period as decided, if you face any inconvenience like sitedown, dataloss or other then all possible solution will be applied to our level best. But if, no solution is founded then only the proportionate period money as calculated will be refunded. You cannot claim for complete money.
6. All Rights are reserved:
· All rights, website title, company title and interest including trademarks and copyrights in respect of the domain name and other services hosted on the WHL websites are reserved with WHL.
· Unauthorized access, reproduction, redistribution, transmission and/or dealing with any information contained in the WHL websites and other services and projects in any other manner, either in whole or in part, are strictly prohibited, failing which strict legal action will be initiated against such users.
· Only Registered users are permitted to view the registered area of our site- Believer Zone.
7. Privacy Statement:
· WHL understands your privacy. WHL are committed to protect your privacy. Only authorized employees in company who are needed to know the information collected from you either complete or depending upon their work will be allowed.
