Status will be uploaded on the support ticket which can be reviewed by the customer at will. Customers can also reply to the answered requests. We are dedicated to provide phone support also.
As per maintenance is concerned, at least 10free maintenance (as per plan chosen) will be provided to the customers within the years durations.
Content Management System (CMS) clients will also be provided with author user and password who can manage articles on the site. CMS is useful for the persons who want to update (change the content) the site frequently.
